AES provides many training options for new estimators and estimators who need additional training.

Customized Training:

This category offers choices tailored to your company's specific needs.

• Individual - For estimators at all skill levels who want to learn more and improve their skills. One or two estimators are assigned to a single trainer. This highly concentrated session usually lasts two days (depending on your needs).
  
• Company - AES reserves the training room for three of your estimators. A trainer works with your estimators to ensure that the program conforms to your way of estimating. Very intensive 3-day class.
  
• On-Site - A trainer comes to your office to address your training needs.
  
• Internet - When you need help, but cannot devote a full day to training, we help you over the internet. All you need is a credit card and internet connection. This option is billed hourly.
